What is Mindfulness?

Examples of Mindfulness:

Breathing meditation (perhaps the most difficult to master)

Meditating on positive phrases or personal mantra

Learned Mindful practices and exercises (e.g. mental tracking of slow body movements)

Intentionally noticing details of an object or the environment with all 5 senses

Slowly savoring the visual attributes, flavor, texture and aroma of food and drinks
